Geological story
A set of rocks has been prepared for display by German philanthropist, Wolfgang Kraker von Schwarzenfeld. They have been polished to have a reflecting face, and those faces have been carefully arranged to be consistent with similar rock groupings in other countries. These rock displays are intended to foster international peace and so are known as the Peace Rocks.
Rocks to show: a group of seven rocks currently on display at the Geoscience Australia TimeWalk, to be relocated to the NRG.
